The European Society for Central Asian Studies (ESCAS) is pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2017 Biennial Conference in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, hosted by the Central Asian Studies Institute (CASI) at the ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñAV (AUCA).

The conference will be held 29 June to 1 July 2017. Please mark your calendars and save the date. Ìý
ESCAS holds its conference every other year in cooperation with one of the leading universities of Central Asia or Europe, beginning with its first conference at the ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñAV of Utrecht in 1985.Ìý Recent conferences were held at:
